“Please be advised that the provided collective agreement is a draft version of the document. While it reflects the majority of the terms negotiated and ratified by the membership, it is not yet fully in effect.
- Ongoing Dispute – The Union and the Employer are currently in an active dispute regarding the interpretation and implementation of the Longevity Pay provisions.
- Status of the Agreement – While most other provisions within this draft reflect the agreed-upon terms, the final, signed, and legally binding collective agreement will not be finalized until this dispute is resolved in the best interests of the workers.
